I had double eyelid surgery 5 years ago and have been doing well ever since..!! I really like my eyes.. Before, because of ptosis, I was often told I looked cold, and even to me my impression looked strong, but after getting double eyelid surgery, I’ve been told I look like a deer and that my eyes look like they have stars in them a lot.. haha My swelling tends to go down slowly, so it looked unnatural for 2 years and that was kind of hard But from the 3rd year on, my eyes got so pretty that I wasn’t jealous of celebrities’ eyes.. Up until 6 months I was making a fuss asking if they were sausage eyes.. lololol I’m glad.. For people whose eyes look like sausage eyes, it might just look that way because of swelling, so don’t be too upset and try waiting longer..!
