Before before <before surgery> before <before breast surgery > after <not long after breast surgery!> after after before after after <all recent!> When I first got my nose surgery, I was satisfied because I thought it turned out naturally well. But as time went by, I kept noticing things I felt were lacking, like what if it had been a bit higher.. what if the length projected out a bit more..
It felt like my nose started abruptly right after dropping down from my forehead, and maybe because it was done with ear cartilage, I was unhappy that it looked too natural.. I was left wondering what it would have been like if more design had gone into a nose shape where I couldn’t even tell whether it was straight-with-a-slight-curve or straight, so I ended up getting revision surgery.
While looking into revision rhinoplasty clinics, I started browsing breast surgery reviews too.. and before I knew it, even breast surgery lol.. I smoothly got them done together~ My friends tried to stop me, saying what kind of confidence is that, even looking into just revision rhinoplasty would be enough, are you really going to do breast surgery too.. but my complex about my chest was so severe.. I think I thought getting it done while going under anesthesia once? wasn’t a bad idea.
My breasts looked spread out to both sides, with no upper volume and only sagging downward, like mangos.. Since I didn’t have much natural tissue, no matter what bra I wore, they didn’t come together easily, and because I had no volume, I was someone who couldn’t even dream of wearing tight knits or fitted T-shirts. My rib cage is small, so even when I wore clothes styled to look feminine or atmospheric, compared with other people it wasn’t easy to make the clothes look polished? luxurious? on me..
It’s been 6 months since surgery, and the swelling has really gone down a lot! The feel has improved much more too, so I want to say my satisfaction is high! I’m very satisfied with the size too, but I also like the breast shape that looks slightly gathered thanks to the implants.. I’m sure a lot of time still has to pass for them to look natural even when lying down, but even now they feel sufficiently firm and springy.
When I told them I was stressed about having no upper volume, they considered the fill rate and height and said Mentor would be better, so I decided on that, and I think choosing Mentor was a good call.. Since I chose the one that felt the best to the touch, once it went inside my breasts, the shape looked pretty, so I felt even prouder.
And for my nose.. because my first rhinoplasty was done with ear cartilage, septal cartilage was usable for the revision. In the end, silicone 4 mm + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage were used together. My septal cartilage wasn’t firm, so donated costal cartilage was mixed in. This was all discussed during the consultation, so it wasn’t a sudden decision!
Anyway, after getting the revision, my nose became more defined and the length looks prettier, so I’m hearing so often that my current nose suits me really well lol. I didn’t want to use autologous costal cartilage, so I chose the materials this way, and I have no regrets! So far, my nasal tip doesn’t look blunt, and the height doesn’t look like it has dropped either.
It really is amazing how much just revision rhinoplasty and breast surgery changed my previously plain impression and overall vibe. From being a super-skinny person, now my body itself looks voluminous, so whatever I wear looks pretty. I only gained breasts, but it feels like I regained confidence in how I look, overcame my complex, and my self-esteem went up..
But the most important thing is the clinic.. There was no pressure about implant types, and no pressure to book either. For the nose-related parts too, the atmosphere was that they only recommended what was truly necessary! I think it’s best to go somewhere that recommends a suitable breast size in line with your existing image (same goes for nose design..) I think the best choice is a clinic where you can touch the implants yourself.. and where they respect the opinion behind the careful decision you made.. I hope everyone also does lots and lots of footwork, develops an eye for finding skilled clinics, and can decide on surgery carefully, all the way to the end!!
