While removing fat to be used for fat grafting at another hospital, my thighs became uneven, so I had them smoothed out and also had hip-thigh-underbutt surgery at the same time. Now, several years have passed and it is holding up well, but one area on one side of my buttock that was not sutured developed a permanent scar, and one area on the inner thigh near the perineum became uneven. I told them when I went in for postoperative treatment, but they glanced at it once and just left. I don’t want to take on the risk of lying on the operating table again, so I’m just living with it.
