I’m realizing that reviews and the doctor’s vibe are really important.. For the buried suture method, other clinics say it takes 20–30 minutes, but here they say the surgery time is 40 minutes. Normally I would have thought that because it takes a bit long, there would be more swelling, but because of the kind doctor and the good reviews, I found myself thinking, “Ah, the surgery must be done very meticulously” ^_^ They said there was no need to ruin good skin by doing epicanthoplasty for no reason, and that even if fat removal was done, it would be a change only I would notice and other people wouldn’t pick up on it. All the explanations made sense, and ultimately, the line they held for me was pretty. But! Only on the right side. Because I have severe asymmetry, the line doesn’t come out prettily on the left side.. They didn’t mention this asymmetry, so I’m conflicted..
