Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

9 months after nose surgery^^

<This is my current side profile~><I took this from above looking downward!><I slightly changed the photo angle~~><This time I tilted my head up a little!><I took this while lying down haha><When a shadow forms on my nose like now... I’m happy!!>Before/after nose surgery I read many reviews in this community and got a lot of help, so I’m posting my review too!

For my nose, I brought in a photo of Song Hye-kyo! (I brought it in after sending my conscience to another world lol)

After surgery, the swelling and bruising turned bluish starting the next day rather than right after surgery...?? After that it was purple... Then it turned yellowish and the swelling moved down my face, so I looked exactly like Tutu from Frog Boy (Do you know Tutu? lololololol)

The whole process of my facial swelling gradually going down... and the bruises disappearing was the most dramatic change(?) of my life haha

The “you got prettier” or “you’re pretty” comments I had secretly been expecting after surgery, I’m thinking I’ll be able to hear a lot after COVID!!

My original nose was a little lower than my current operated nose, with the nasal tip slightly drooping and a slight hump haha

My overall impression used to be soft and rounded, but it changed to a more refined look!! Bright lipstick didn’t suit me... so I only used lip balm with moderate color, but now I even wear vivid red lipstick♡

Also, I’m confident I won’t be a mask-fraud anymore, so I confidently lower my mask when eating! lolololol

From my experience, the period when the major swelling and minor swelling after nose surgery go down is from after surgery to 3 months, and the period when the extra swelling goes down and it starts to settle like your original face...! seems to begin from 6 months after surgery.

I thought my body might consider the silicone in my nose a major inflammation and get fatigued, so I focused on taking care of my health haha

Because I was worried about my health...(a good excuse lololol) I ate and slept too well and gained weight, so I’ve also been dieting steadily since this March!

I thought losing too much too quickly would be bad for my health, so I’m steadily aiming to lose 2-3 kg per month! (I’ve lost 6 kg so far haha)

Things I did to manage my health 1) Took a multivitamin consistently every day 2) Reducing inflammation in the body = drinking ABC juice 3) Purple onion juice at least 3 times a week 4) Home workouts at home twice a week for 30 minutes 5) Intermittent fasting 16/8

Hoping this helps even a tiny bit... I’ll wrap up the post!!

Let’s all become even prettier tomorrow than today~~♡

☆P.S.: I also posted before~
