I had a really vague idea about nasal tip surgery and just went in for a consultation without much planning. I had originally decided that I would absolutely not put in autologous cartilage or anything else, and I went to ask whether nasal tip cartilage tying would be possible and whether the effect would be decent. But they told me about so many procedures, like osteotomy for a hump nose, alar reduction, slightly raising the nasal tip without an implant, and so on, that I came out a bit dazed.. haha If anything was a good point, it seemed like they had a lot of pride in alar reduction, so I guess that was one?
