My eyes were originally very small and not very three-dimensional, so I was under a lot of stress. On top of that, my image wasn't masculine and looked dull, so I had surgery to improve my image. They said that if a man gets a fully visible outer double eyelid, it looks unnatural, so I had a light surgery with an inner double eyelid, and the surgery turned out so well that people around me all say I did well to have it done. Since my eyes changed, I now have exactly the masculine image I wanted, and I gained another level of confidence too.
