Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Day 24 after hump nose surgery. My nose is too high and still upturned...

I had surgery at the end of May, so I’m about 24 days post-op now.

My nose was originally very large and high, so they shaved down the hump, used no implant, no osteotomy, and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip. It’s definitely nice that while doing my nose, they also corrected my deviated septum, so I can breathe well, but I’m not satisfied with the designㅠ.

Right after surgery, my philtrum felt extremely pulled upward and my nasal tip was upturned too, so I was stressed, but now maybe because I’ve gotten a bit used to it, I’m kind of accepting it. Still, please take a look!..

They said it would come down, so I’m waiting, but it feels like it has barely come down at all.. After surgery, my nostrils changed into such a straight shape and look upturned, so it bothers me. I hope it comes down a bit more so my nostrils don’t show so much..

My nasal tip was originally slightly droopy, so after living 30 years without my nostrils showing, maybe seeing them now feels so strange that it bothers me. I wonder if I did it for nothingㅠㅋ But what can I do now that I’ve already done it...

Also, I hear ear cartilage comes down a lot, but does septal cartilage not come down much??? Even after some time, rather than feeling like the nasal tip has come down, it feels like the pulling on my philtrum got a bit better because the swelling went down, and the tip still feels upturned. Does septal cartilage not come down much?
