For the revision, what I wanted was a semi-straight nose, a natural nasolabial angle, and a round, soft nasal tip line. During the consultation, I kept telling the director to make sure the nasal tip didn’t look visible through the skin.. Since it was a revision surgery, I think I had some anxiety.
The revision was done with donated costal cartilage and autologous dermis, and now at 1 month, I still have some residual swelling. Still, it seems the surgery was done the way I requested from the director, so I’m very satisfied. I hope it just stays like this
