I had double eyelid surgery 8 years ago. I didn’t have fat above my eyes, but I thought the buried-suture method would come undone quickly, so I went with a partial incision. There is a slight scar left on the front part of my right eye, but it doesn’t really bother me, so I’m just leaving it as is! Unless you look really closely, it’s not noticeable, and it hasn’t come undone, so I’m satisfied.
