My nose was lifted, so my nostrils showed a lot, and I had a second revision rhinoplasty done here. I chose this place because their noses seem sturdy rather than slim or just high, and they seem good at lowering the nostrils. During the consultation, they said they operate in a way that is sturdy and permanently maintained. Maybe because I used autologous costal cartilage, the surgery took a long time, and at first it wasn’t just sturdy, it looked like a great general’s nose, so I was worried and kept contacting the consultant. After a month or two passed and the swelling went down, it went from great general to about soldier level, and now it has settled to some extent. I also took swelling medication for a long time. I don’t know if it’s just me, but the swelling seems to be going down more slowly than expected. Still, the consultant listened well and the result is decent, so I’m doing fine now. The nostrils definitely came down, so I think it was successful, and the swelling still seems like it needs to go down more.
