I went to ㅇㄷ/ㄱㄹ/ㅇㅂㅇㅇ, and I'll write them in order.
ㅇㄷ/ㅇㅅㄷ It's a breast surgery clinic, with a separate screening center and a separate director who performs the ultrasound. They weren't friendly. They just did the ultrasound, told me something like, yes, this is capsular contracture, and the revision surgery consultation was with the head director. The head director did not do a separate ultrasound and just started talking about revision surgery. Since the capsule needs to be removed, an inframammary fold incision would be necessary, and they said that rather than using the same Mentor implant, they recommend revision surgery with Motiva because the capsular contracture rate is much lower. They said the cc could stay the same as now without changes (recommended low 300 cc range). Questions about aftercare and other things were discussed with the consultant. Aftercare is for 3 months, with one lifetime AS guaranteed, and CCTV cannot be viewed. Because of personal information leakage? Anyway, because of something like that, they said they record the beginning and middle of the surgery on an iPad, show it later in the recovery room, and then delete it. They provide a free breast checkup at the 1-year mark, and one day of free hospitalization is possible. They said this is usually done when same-day discharge is difficult, such as for people living outside the area or without a guardian.
ㄱㄹ/ㅇㅈㅇ It's a one-doctor clinic and a breast surgery clinic. Since the director is a breast surgery specialist, they personally do the ultrasound, consultation, and surgery. The finding of capsular contracture was the same, and they also recommended an inframammary incision. They said that way the capsule can be removed cleanly and safely. They also recommended Motiva implants and mentioned the low 300 cc range, around 300-320. Because this is revision surgery, I had a lot of concerns about removal too, so I told the consultant, and the consultant deeply empathized and said many people have these kinds of concerns. They told me they really hoped I would think it through carefully and decide, that because of a sense of loss, more people than expected get revision surgery after removal, and that after breast surgery, things like capsular contracture or rupture can happen even 10 years later for many people, so since it is not something that can really be controlled, the best thing is to think carefully about which path would make me satisfied and decide. That comforted me a lot. Also, this place showed me the most before-and-after surgery photos, and they also showed papers and statistical materials while seriously thinking through the revision surgery with me, so I was grateful and it helped a lot. (In my case too, I can't point to one exact cause of the capsular contracture, but thinking about it now, it might be because of my immune constitution. The capsule can gradually keep getting thicker.) Aftercare is for 1 year (additional care is still possible afterward). They provide a free ultrasound exam at the 1-year mark. One day of hospitalization is possible, and they said the CCTV is fully recorded and can be viewed when I come in for the 1-week follow-up (apply in advance). One lifetime AS is guaranteed. They said the operating room has special walls and flooring so there is no risk of cardiac arrest or death from shock... and that there is also a sterile filter installed in the ceiling.

It's a plastic surgery clinic and they do collaborate with breast surgery, but because there are many patients seeing the breast surgery department, I brought my ultrasound CD. The director looked at the CD ultrasound, said it was capsular contracture, and that the capsule was not as thick as expected, but if I were going to do it, it would be better to remove it all. They recommended an inframammary incision. For the revision implant, they said it would be better to go with Motiva rather than Mentor, and the low 300 cc range to, if I wanted to be ambitious, up to the mid 300 cc range. Aftercare is 3 months. Real-time CCTV viewing is possible (guardian). For AS, they said if complications occur within 1 year, I only pay the actual anesthesia cost, and from after 2 years, 50% of the surgery fee is charged. The director's consultation was detailed and good, but the consultant's consultation was just so-so. Oh, this place doesn't have Sebbin; they only have Mentor and Motiva.
Honestly, I went for revision surgery consultations, but after getting the surgery cost estimates, reality hit me hard, and I wondered whether it was right for me to keep living with breasts like this, so I did think about removal too. But these days, I feel like I've been living someone else's life for 8 years (how should I put it, like I did a face-off and stole someone else's life??), so I don't think I can give it up.. So in the end, I'm planning on revision surgery. I decided that I have to accept the remaining additional risks myself.
For now, not removal, but revision surgery. I still haven't decided on the clinic, but I plan to schedule a surgery date soon, without delaying too much, and get the surgery.
