While working, after work I kept going out to eat with coworkers and drinking a lot, so I gained way too much overall. I was also quitting my job this time, so.. I looked around on the app and went out to do some consultation visits,,
1. M□D□R□ Clinic
I made a reservation because I kept seeing a lot of reviews pop up on the app lately. The interior gets a pass first.. At first I was looking into just arm liposuction, but when I looked at my reflection in the mirror, my lower belly looked especially thick, so I also consulted about 360-degree abdominal liposuction ㅋㅌㅋㅌ They said they don't wear compression garments here, which made me think, huh? I found that a little puzzling. (When I asked an acquaintance who used to work at T□R□, they said wearing compression garments is better. They said the reason they don't do compression garments is because they don't remove much fat, so it probably won't be very effective.) The consultation with the director was just so-so.. He was very confident, at least. He explained why they don't wear compression garments (I don't remember it well). But after the director's consultation, when I met the manager, she said she had surgery with the same director I consulted with, and showed me before-and-after photos and her own arm, and it wasn't bad overall. Since I was there, I also got consulted about gluteal fat grafting, and they said I should do the pelvis and hip dips together. They said if I only remove fat from the abdomen and arms, there probably won't be much fat left, so I should also do the thighs together.
So I was recommended: arm liposuction -> after 2 weeks, full abdomen + thigh liposuction + gluteal fat grafting for the pelvis and hip dips
2. ㅇㅇ Clinic (fat-extraction injections, fat-removal injections)
I also saw on the app that bottle-based fat extraction injections were trending a lot lately, so I made an appointment and visited. The facilities aren't that good. It felt very old, or something like that.. And there were fruit flies in the consultation room, so I caught them...^^// The consultant manager felt pretty perfunctory. When I asked about arm fat-removal injections and abdominal fat-removal injections, she said if I was going to do the abdomen too, I should do it under sedation. For the abdomen, she said there was a lot of fat so liposuction would be more worthwhile. She said 6 bottles would be enough for the arms. When I was consulting with the director, he suddenly pulled my pants down without saying anything, so I was a bit flustered^^; There is no separate aftercare. You have to figure it out yourself ^^. The price is the cheapest among all the clinics I've been to so far. I also asked about accessory breast tissue, but they said it couldn't be treated with fat-removal injections, so there would be an extra charge for liposuction instead.
Recommended: 6 bottles of arm fat-removal injections + accessory breast tissue + full abdominal liposuction
3. G□-Dae Number Clinic
I consulted here as a Rams-specialty clinic, not a liposuction clinic xx The interior is extremely clean, and the staff are quite kind. Even from the moment I arrived, their friendliness was visible on their faces (so even though I had to wait a bit, I didn't feel bad). After waiting about 20-30 minutes? I took the elevator up to the consultation room, and the manager was already there to greet me at the front (second layer of kindness) She guided me to the changing room and even waited while I changed clothes. So strange.. They kept apologizing and asking if I had waited too long, and I was the one who felt sorry instead.. They were so kind.. When I was consulting with the manager, I was already in a gown, so she asked where I wanted to remove fat, and I said a lot, then took off the gown and... It seemed like I definitely needed work on my upper body, so I was recommended unlimited upper-body Rams. This place is especially famous for lower-belly-lipodystrophy, so I also consulted about that. What I liked most about Rams itself was that you don't have to wear compression garments, but general anesthesia isn't available.. (I'm the type who can't stand pain at all..) They showed me before-and-after photos of Rams cases similar to my body type and also photos before-and-after lower-belly-lipodystrophy, and I was tempted (if only general anesthesia were possible, I would have done it here) But there was no consultation with the doctor here; they said you only meet the doctor on the day of the procedure itself (that was a minus for me) The price range was, as expected for a clinic specializing in liposuction or Rams, more expensive than I thought^^... Aftercare is solid. It's the best among all the clinics I've been to so far ^^..

4. L□L□J Clinic
Clean facilities When you arrive, you first change clothes in the changing room When I consulted with the manager, she had a very extroverted personality (talked extremely well) We only consulted about the arms and abdomen, but she also advised me about the shoulder blade area and bra line. She said if I don't do those, those areas will stick out especially when I gain weight, but I already have that protruding now, so I was worried, but I liked that she consulted me about it too. I asked a friend who had liposuction, and she said she also regrets not doing back liposuction and wants to get just the back done separately, which made me even more interested. Just like the number clinic, I also consulted about fat grafting for the pelvis and hip dips. At first I had only gone because I saw reviews from the female director, but since they also recommended the male director, I went with the male director consultation. The female director is currently on vacation and is said to return around early October. After waiting a little in the lounge, I went in for the director consultation, and he explained via ultrasound how much fat there was. He said there was more fat in my arms than expected ㅌㅋㅋ... about the same thickness as my abdomen.. The director said it was interesting that my arms had so much fat.. I also asked about the lower body, and he said not to do it unless I really had to? After the director consultation, I discussed the price with the manager, and the price range here is definitely a bit higher (quite a bit more expensive) The manager gave me a discount on the condition that they could partially disclose the before-and-after results because they thought it would turn out well. Even with the discount, though, it was the most expensive of all the clinics I consulted. This is also the only place where the manager and director really had good back-and-forth. That made it more appealing. Since all the doctors here came from Top Line, I would have wanted to do it if the price were just a bit lower. Aftercare isn't unlimited? But it was interesting that they provide Tune Body as aftercare ^/^
