I was diagnosed with ptosis progressing, and since my eyelids had already drooped and created double eyelids, I was told my eyes couldn’t be operated on as monolids. They also said there was a lot of sagging skin, so it had to be done with an incision..
Still, I asked them to make the incision line as low as possible... But looking at it now, the double-eyelid line seems thick compared with a male eye surgery.. Could it gradually get smaller? It’s day 10 after surgery, so how much swelling should I consider this to be right now? I wonder how much it will change... Right now, it also feels like it turned out too much like a female eye surgery...
