In person, the director, consultant, and staff were all kind, and they tend to give solutions that fit my current situation! There was no pressure, and if anything, they talked more in the direction of saying I didn’t have to do it. They kept encouraging me to ask questions and gave me a relaxed consultation, so it was really helpful and good.
