The doctor seemed to take pride in the surgical method. During the consultation, the doctor mainly explained the surgical technique, clearly describing which parts would be difficult and how they would be supplemented. The doctor also showed and explained many surgical cases and before-and-after photos without me even asking, which was good. However, the doctor neither asked about nor looked at the nose shape or photos I wanted. When I mentioned it, the doctor said they would look at the shape before surgery and then proceed, so it seemed they were not trying to define the shape too strongly and instead aimed for a natural improvement based on my existing nose. Once the surgical explanation ended, the doctor took a few questions, then left after telling me to speak with the consultation manager, so I was disappointed that I could not ask many questions. They do not seem to prefer using rib cartilage or septal cartilage, and appear to mainly use fascia and ear cartilage, so please keep that in mind. Rather than expecting a dramatic effect, people seeking an extremely natural result and prioritizing safety may find it worth visiting. I was somewhat disappointed that the shape could not really be planned and that the consultation focused only on the surgical method. I did like that they honestly said what could and could not be done.
