As you can see in the before-and-after-after-after photos, first of all, my biggest concern was my hump nose along with an arrow nose where the nasal tip drooped. So I think I started looking mainly for places that could smooth it out without any step-off, and would pay close attention to the drooping nasal tip, the columella, and even the nasolabial angle. While searching online and visiting clinics, I checked these details carefully, especially whether they had many cases similar to mine, and whether they understood my needs well and reflected them properly. This time, I had surgery at PRM. Personally, I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and I think this style matched best here too. In reality, it has been about one month now, and I can see clearly that the problem areas were improved and my needs were reflected well, so overall I think it came out well. I think I just need to keep managing the swelling and be careful going forward, and looking at it up to the one-month mark, I’m very satisfied
