I’ve had really severe dark circles since I was young, and my skin is so thin that you can even see the blood vessels.. I know under-eye fat repositioning helps with protruding fat, but should I get a consultation for something like fat grafting? Some of the clinics I consulted at said my dark circles would improve if I did under-eye fat repositioning, but last time at a private clinic, they said under-eye fat repositioning is fat redistribution, so dark circles like mine might see less improvement...
