First of all, on the first day at the time of surgery, it was so painful.. It was so painful that they even put in a urinary catheter.. because I couldn’t go to the bathroom from the pain. Even after getting painkillers, it felt the same. As soon as the anesthesia wore off, it hurt so much that I tensed up enough to almost burst the IV.. It was basically death until day 3, and by day 7 I could go about daily life. I can’t do it twice..
