I've only had the first session, so I don't know the effect yet, but overall the manager, staff, and doctor are all kind. When I had laser beard hair removal at another dermatology clinic, they soothed the area with cold cotton after the hair removal, but here, maybe the hair-removal machine itself has a cooling function, I kept feeling cool air? during the procedure, and afterward there was no separate soothing with cotton, so it saved time and I personally liked it! Since it was my first time getting laser hair removal.. I felt embarrassed and ashamed, but they proceeded naturally, so that was nice
