I could really feel the consultation manager trying to play mind games, and they were very unfriendly. The doctor also seemed professional and somehow had a good aesthetic sense, but the fact that it was sedation anesthesia bothered me too much, and all the other hospitals used general anesthesia, so I had the surgery somewhere else.
