I did a lot of research in this community even before booking consultations, and it helped me a lot. My review after completing everything within one week, from consultation bookings to consultations and surgery!! I am a serious over-talker, so this post may be a bit long. This is a fresh review after having the consultation last week and completing surgery yesterday (Monday) lol --------------------------------------------
I had almost no knowledge about breast augmentation... While researching, I looked at countless review photos, and it seemed like every clinic created pretty breast shapes. So I focused a bit more on aftercare, consultation style, the director’s experience, and the clinic size. I prefer private clinics over large hospitals, so I booked consultations at two private clinics and one mid-sized clinic = ㄷㅌ, ㅁㄹ, ㄴㅌ, three places at 2.5-hour intervals!
❶ First clinic: ㄷㅌ Plastic Surgery
It wasn’t a clinic that had been open for a very long time, but after reading through the reviews, the consultation reviews were really good. Since I had very little prior knowledge about breast surgery, I considered it important to find a place that explained things carefully and in a clear, polished way. This place seemed to provide long, detailed consultations with both the director and the consultant, and I liked the review photos too. When I booked the consultation, they told me to allow about an hour and a half for it.
The clinic atmosphere was very clean and quiet, and when I arrived at my appointment time, I was able to start the consultation right away without waiting. Before the consultation, I think they checked the basics, had me change clothes, and then took breast photos first.
- First consultation with the consultant The consultant gave a good impression, and I really liked her calm and gentle consultation style. (Maybe because I’m an introvert, cheerful and very sociable extroverted people drain my energy and make me a bit uncomfortable... lol) Anyway, I first told her the shape I wanted, the implants, surgery date, the budget I had in mind, and so on, and we carefully checked whether the aftercare programs I had researched beforehand were all correct. The aftercare details were the same as what was listed on the website and plastic surgery apps!
- Consultation with Representative Director Lee Jun-wook With the full-screen wall and ultrasound equipment I had only heard about, it felt like a high-tech clinic lol He came in after receiving the details from my first consultation with the consultant, but he asked again, so I explained them. After I undressed, he measured my breasts, waist, hips, and breast pocket size. My trust increased when he recommended sizes while considering my waist and hip measurements lol (Since he specializes only in breast and buttock fat grafting? procedures, I think he must be the best at seeing body proportions.)
* My stats 167/45, breast 76, rib cage 69, waist 60, hips 84, breast pocket 11.5 Pectus carinatum, left breast bone protrudes more so the left side is larger asymmetry, breast glandular tissue is on the firm side
After checking everything carefully, he said it would be best to proceed with Sebbin Inte + hybrid, dual plane, and inframammary incision. I had gone in thinking only about Sebbin Sub, so I was slightly mentally thrown off, but he said that because my breast tissue is on the firm side, if a soft Sebbin Sub implant went in, it might feel foreign? to the touch. So he recommended the slightly firmer? springier Sebbin Integrity. He said my accessory breast tissue was not severe, so I didn’t necessarily need to remove it, but I wanted it done, so I asked him to include it!
*Ultrasound exam Here, breast ultrasound is included in the consultation! It had been such a long time since I had an ultrasound, and I had a lot of cysts He reassured me that they were small enough that I didn’t need to worry too much, and advised me that even if I didn’t have surgery here, I should go to a clinic near my home, get periodic ultrasounds, and check their size... I was touched ❤️
*Implant fitting I tried on the sizes he recommended for my body type, and he said that for my breast pocket, Sebbin Inte R 360 / L 305-330 would look the prettiest, so I decided on that. He explained side effects, the surgical method, aftercare, and so on in a bit more detail, answered a few questions, and the consultation wrapped up!
- Second consultation with the consultant I went in thinking of Sebbin Sub, but after switching to Sebbin Inte and adding hybrid, it exceeded the budget I had expected The director firmly said he did not recommend Sebbin Sub for my breasts, so I thought that part couldn’t be helped, and I told them I would do only Sebbin Inte and accessory breast tissue removal, and do the hybrid later! (Before going to the ㄷㅌ consultation, I had been quite worried about this part... Since the hybrid estimate seemed like it would be pretty high, I wondered, what if they strongly recommend and pressure me to do it no matter what?) But my worries were completely unnecessary; they absolutely did not pressure me to do hybrid!!! If anyone here had the same concern as me, I think you can go for a consultation comfortably!
✅ ㄷㅌ Plastic Surgery Summary - Implants: They don’t automatically do every implant the patient wants no matter what. I don’t know if they would do it if you pushed and said, “I only want this implant.” After the director sufficiently explained why he did not recommend the implant I wanted for my breasts, I agreed because I thought the implant he recommended would likely produce a better result!
- Size: He recommends the optimal size for your breasts/waist/hips. As I said above, maybe because the director specializes only in breast and buttock surgery, he seems to understand very well what body proportions look pretty. I wondered until right before surgery whether I should go a little bigger, but I trusted the director, proceeded with the size he recommended, and I’m satisfied!!
- Ultrasound exam included during the consultation (consultation fee 10,000 won). The consultation fee will absolutely not feel wasted. The director’s consultation is extremely thorough, he also checks with ultrasound, and shows 3D virtual photos? anyway, he shows that too. Top-tier consultation quality
