The doctor seemed to have a clear idea of the image they had in mind. I recommend it if the aesthetic sense of this clinic perfectly matches your own. They also seemed skilled, and they were the kind of person who said, “What I’m saying is right!” to the point that it felt a bit forceful... My septum is indeed quite small, but I was a bit unsure about how strongly they recommended autologous costal cartilage for a primary surgery.
