I had double eyelid surgery 12 years ago and went in for a surgical consultation related to ptosis. The doctor’s firm confidence felt very reassuring, and while marking the line, they also showed it to the family member who came with me and consulted with us together. I felt like they recommended things without going overboard, and they explained the parts I had been concerned about well. I think this would be an even better hospital if only the waiting time were shorter.
