The director was not exactly on the friendly side, but that doesn’t mean they were bad either; they were just chic. They said they would take full responsibility through aftercare, so I felt somewhat reassured. But they said a lot of septal cartilage would have to be harvested, so I hesitated. I wanted to do it here, but now I’m conflicted.
