Hoohoohoohoohoo hello~ This is my 5-month review as I’m approaching 6 months after lower-eye fat repositioning, nose surgery, and facial contouring at 345.
First, I had the lower-eye fat repositioning and nose surgery done by Director Songㅇㅅ. When I had the lower-eye fat repositioning, I got a small scar on my cheek because of the surgical method, but now, 5 months later, it has disappeared without a trace. The surgical effect got rid of the hollow look under my eyes, so I don’t look tired, and because the bumpy unevenness disappeared, my impression looks cleaner! Compared with the side effects I actually feel, lower-eye fat repositioning is the surgery with the best effect haha For the nose surgery, my nasal tip was operated on using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and for the nasal bridge, I had implant-free surgery with no silicone inserted, only shaving down the hump. I’m satisfied that a lot of the swelling has gone down compared with the early period after surgery, but I’m disappointed that the nasal bridge became lower than I expected. When doing implant-free rhinoplasty, the pros and cons are clear: the pros are that it looks natural and has fewer side effects, and the con is that it’s hard to be satisfied with the nasal bridge. I think it would be good to decide on the surgical method according to the aesthetic standard you want! Currently, I’m satisfied with a nose that gives a natural and feminine feel.
Next, I had facial contouring surgery done by Director Parkㅈㄹ. I had 3 types done (chin tip, square jaw, cheekbones), and I’m seeing a much greater effect than I expected. After surgery, my face feels much slimmer and smaller. The most concerning side effect in facial contouring surgery is probably nerve damage, and I also do have some nerve damage. There is a numb sensation and itchiness felt inside the skin, but since I’m still only at 5 months, I think there is a lot of room for further improvement, so I plan to wait. Also, because my satisfaction with the surgical result is greater than the side effects I feel, I do not regret the surgery. As for sagging, I felt it was severe immediately after surgery, but over time it has settled and feels improved.
Right after surgery, I worried while looking in the mirror over even small changes, but now that I’m approaching 5 months, the points I’m satisfied with from the surgical results are much greater than my dissatisfaction and side effects. I think I’ll be even more satisfied once more time passes quickly and it becomes more natural. Then I’ll come back to write another review next time, thank you.
