For my first surgery, I used septal cartilage and autologous rib cartilage, but for my revision, I’m thinking of removing the silicone and only doing the nasal tip. The autologous rib cartilage is so hard (septal cartilage is probably hard too, right?) that I want to switch to ear cartilage. Is ear cartilage softer than autologous rib cartilage..? Autologous rib cartilage doesn’t move at all... Those who had it done with ear cartilage, please comment
