I had the consultation with the director first, then the manager wrapped up the consultation. There was no separate consultation fee. The doctor was kind, and the desk staff and manager were also kind. There was a bit of waiting, maybe because consultations were backed up. Due to age-related sagging of the eyes, they recommended incisional upper blepharoplasty and did not recommend the non-incisional method.
