After my philtrum reduction + lip corner surgery, I had scar tissue left at the lip corners, so they gave me two revision surgeries for free.
Now there's almost no scar left.
Over a span of nearly more than two years, they provided all aftercare for free, including three surgeries and laser treatment, and I was moved by the doctor who kept working until the end to remove the scar as much as possible if the patient wasn't happy with how it looked. Of course, it would have been nice if there had been no scar in the first place, but since this is a surgery where scarring is unavoidable to begin with.. I really appreciated that they didn't defensively handle the aftercare and instead worked with me until the end.
And although I do regret the lip corners, I'm really satisfied with the philtrum reduction. No one can tell I had it done, and it turned out so naturally. My overall impression definitely looks more refined.
