I had surgery at a closed rhinoplasty hospital famous for revision surgery, but the nasal tip is too pointy, and I don’t like the nostril shape or the nasal tip.... I didn’t like the first result, so I even got an after-service revision, but the result is still like this (after-service revision at the same hospital), so I’m seriously worried and angry
