I thought all Botox was basically the same, so I just got it done somewhere nearby, but the director kept strongly recommending filler, so it felt a bit burdensome. They especially recommended putting filler in the nasolabial folds, and because I have a bad habit of putting force in a way that makes the corners of my mouth droop, I wanted Botox in the corners of my mouth. I said I knew it wouldn’t lift them with this, but asked them to do it anyway, and they still wouldn’t, then recommended lip filler again… Usually other places apply a cold compress before Botox so you don’t feel pain, but they didn’t even do that here. The only advantage is that there’s no waiting needed..?
