It has already been more than a year since the surgery. I had only the tip elevated and the bridge done with osteotomy. I thought tying the tip would make it a little narrower, but the tip is a bit wide so it looks spread out. I had donor rib cartilage, and it seems to have been absorbed a lot. The height is a little disappointing.. The tip is slightly crooked. The tip shape is not that pretty either I am disappointed and wondering whether I should have it done again or just live with it. The doctor is nice, and I have no problems with breathing after the surgery..
