I went around for consultations at places known to specialize in nose implant removal, but somehow the consultations did not feel right, so I also went for a consultation at a hospital people go to for revision surgery. If they can do revision surgery, they should also be good at removal.. I liked the consultation the most, and they explained the surgical method the best. The hospital facilities are not great, but they have an anesthesiology department, and although it was formal, they also showed the CCTV. It has been over a year since removal, and contrary to my worries, my nose has not been ruined and I am living fine.. It is true that my nose is asymmetrical, but I think that is unavoidable because the implant had already moved and become crooked, and it also seems like the symmetry is gradually improving compared to right after surgery..! It is just somewhat similar to my original nose. When looking into removal, many people worry about whether to remove or have revision surgery, but I think I did well just getting removal…
