Before<surgery before>After<surgery after>Today it's been about 4 months since I had revision nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage. I've been busy and hectic with work, then suddenly realized again that I had surgery, so I came to leave a reviewㅎ
For my first surgery I used donated costal cartilage, and for the revision I used autologous costal cartilage. The nose done with donated costal cartilage had become crooked, the nasal tip made me look older, and since my job involves taking photos, I wanted a prettier shape, so I ended up getting revision surgery.
If I were to have surgery again, I didn't want donated costal cartilage, and I thought I definitely had to use autologous costal cartilage, but of course the surgery would become bigger too.. The scar on the rib area was also so.. important to me.. so I went around looking for a place that really does costal cartilage properly.
After going to several places, I heard that someone who had been really famous as an autologous costal cartilage specialist at O&Young was now the chief director at Kowon Plastic Surgery, so I went for a consultation right away. Director Kim Hyung Taek listened so kindly and explained everything, and when he Photoshopped my desired line onto my photo and showed it to me, I trusted him and decided right away.
During surgery, they looked after me so well, and after surgery, I was once again surprised by the nurses and director who carefully checked my postoperative careㅎ
After surgery, everything was fine except that breathing was uncomfortable because of the cotton packing. Now I'm satisfied with no discomfort, to the point that I sometimes forget I even had surgery.
If anything, now I wish the swelling would stop going down ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I'm slightly disappointed with the height, so I'm going to ask the director about it next time I go for a follow-up. Still, I really like the line. I was very worried because they say autologous costal cartilage surgery is difficult, so I'm relieved it turned out well ㅠㅠ As expected, the god-hand Director Kim Hyung Taek of Kowon, thank you so much~
