About 5 years ago, I was thinking about nose surgery, and since Hiko was said to be semi-permanent, I got it done. When I first did it, my nose definitely became higher and sharper than I expected, so I was satisfied, but now it has become too natural Since I have a bit of a bulbous nose feel, it makes it look even less high Sometimes I wonder if it would be better to just get nose surgery, but even with the Hiko I have now, I get really worried that it might shift if I bump my nose somewhere. I’m scared that if I get nose surgery, the side effects would be worse, so I gave up on the idea
