Hi everyone, I’m someone who has been living overseas and finally made up my mind to gradually book revision surgery consultations, sob
For my first surgery, I consulted without thinking much and had surgery right away at the first clinic. They raised my bridge and tip with cartilage + silicone, but I already had a short columella + drooping alar rims, and since they just raised only the bridge, my nose ended up looking like an upturned nose (or contracted nose..) where my nostrils are way too visible from the front (I hate my nostrils showing from the front, so I don’t even have photos ) As time passed, a crooked bridge and drooping tip were a bonus..
The result of only raising it without paying any attention to the nasolabial angle is my current nose, so I’m prioritizing tip correction most while researching online. But I live in the countryside and have to fit both consultations + surgery schedule within one month, so I feel like the in-person consultation list is really important, and the pressure is 100 times higher

My wannabe is Karina’s nose, so I don’t think I actually want a super natural nose, but when I look at very dramatic noses, they seem too artificial + since my face is on the smaller side, I don’t think they’d suit me So I mainly looked for refined-but-natural styles If you have any blacklist info, surgery reviews, or additional opinions, I’d be really, really grateful if you shared anything
