My first surgery made the crease too thin, so it turned into an inner double eyelid, while overcorrection and excessive tissue excision left a clear indentation mark that looked as if it had been cut with a knife whenever I looked downward. So I ended up having revision surgery. Since tissue that had already been cut away could not be reconstructed, we proceeded in the direction of making the double eyelid thickness a bit higher and doing ptosis correction for my unfocused-looking eyes, even though I had already had double eyelid surgery…
