I had breast augmentation with Mentor Xtra around February, early 2019. Overall, I was satisfied, but gradually my body started feeling strange, and I often had pain for no reason, so I went to every kind of hospital there was. I was young, but my joints started hurting too, so I got really scared and was looking into it, and I found out that if the implants are not compatible with your body, an immune reaction can occur. So I had them removed before even a year had passed. The implants were inserted through the armpit incision and removed through the areola. I don’t regret taking them out.
Of course, there are many people who have implants for a long time without any problems, but I think this really varies from person to person. I hope everyone looks into it carefully before having surgery!
