I can feel the silicone moving around, what should I do about this? Has anyone else had it not dissected enough to the point that they feel a foreign-body sensation like me? I looked into Saeg Maengdeu, and it seems like they also do removal. Usually, when removing silicone, do you have surgery while getting the nasal tip corrected again, or do you just remove everything..? Has anyone had this done?
