Recommended: double-eyelid incisional surgery + lateral and lower canthoplasty If doing incision and lateral/lower canthoplasty, make it a slightly gentle-looking eye I don't recommend epicanthoplasty because you can't match asymmetry anyway, but if you want a more open look, it's recommended Don't do ptosis correction because it makes the eyes look wide-open; they said a forehead lift is needed instead I wanted an in-out line, but they said it has to be an in-line or else it'd become a sausage eye They said the line and fat removal would be decided during surgery after checking, since the problem with my eyes isn't just fat but that I use my forehead strength to open my eyes, so the skin has sagged They said all canthoplasty would be kept to a minimum The consultation wasn't long and they weren't all that friendly, but while designing the line they gave a cold, honest assessment of my eyes
