My nasal bridge is slim and not on the low side, but my nostrils are wide, so I thought, should I just get a consultation for alar base reduction alone instead of rhinoplasty? When I looked for alar base reduction clinics, this one seemed to run its own clinic cafe and seemed specialized in alar base reduction, so I chose it. The consultant said it would be just right if I only did alar base reduction, and there was no push toward rhinoplasty. Other clinics push rhinoplasty when you go for an alar base reduction consultation. They said they do exfoliation and even provide A/S if any problems occur. But Director Im was a bit cold, and the consultation was very short. Also, there is pressure to pay a reservation deposit on the same day.
