Revision Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage Review

(If there’s a consultation review on Byeongsam, you can’t write a surgery review or edit it, so I thought deleting it would work and deleted it, but it didn’t, so I’m writing it here.) 1. Consultation review The director clearly tells people who don’t need surgery that they don’t need it, and he told my friend that if she had surgery in the direction she wanted, her nose would look long and make her look older. In my case, I have a small nose that can’t be raised much, and he specifically pointed out the asymmetry issue rather than the height. The consultant was also kind, and she said that rather than making a same-day reservation, since changing the surgery date and getting a 100% refund were all possible, and since it was a revision surgery, I could bring my parents, listen to an explanation about the current state of my nose, and then make a reservation. Seeing this, I set a date and came back. I haven’t actually lain on the operating table yet, so it’s hard to judge the hospital facilities, so I’m giving 4 points. I hope the surgery goes well. —————————————— I’m adding more after revisiting the hospital. Since it’s a revision surgery, I have a lot of concerns and have been bothering the consultant a lot, but she’s still kind. I also saw posts saying the director is blunt, but after doing the blood test and setting the surgery date, he actually gave me an even more thorough second consultation so I could think it over more and decide on a surgical method that suits me. And rather than just being kind at the first consultation (he wasn’t unkind either), he told me the facts, and when he looked at my friend’s nose, the things I had felt about it, or should I say the points the director was thinking about, seemed to match my values.

-2. Surgery review It has now been almost a month since I had surgery with Director Kang Eun-taek. I realize that my image had looked a lot worse because of my nose all this time ㅠ Once my nose was straightened, even my asymmetrical face looked more balanced. My glabella was too high and my nose was droopy, but he lowered the glabella and made the nasal tip pretty, so people around me say I look more feminine and that my columella is pretty too. The pressure sensation from the silicone on the left side is gone, and the autologous rib cartilage scar is barely visible. I bruise badly, so I thought the rib cartilage scar was large, and my parents were really worried, saying why is the scar so big on a woman’s body, but it was bruising (it had bruised black), and the incision is only about the width of a pinky fingernail and shows faintly as a white line? so it’s hard to see. I really think this was a choice I’m so satisfied with. Also, I saw posts saying autologous rib cartilage is very stiff, but when I asked, there were no answers;; even when I asked people who said it was okay whether they had actually tried it, there were no answers, and there was so little information that I was really worried, but I don’t think it’s much different from my first surgery with ear cartilage. It was just the difference between whether the ear hurts or the rib hurts. My septum is small, and my ear cartilage is also small, and even though the remaining ear cartilage on one side has a piercing, the director said he would preserve and use as much ear cartilage as possible, but I thought the satisfaction would be lower than if I did it with autologous rib cartilage, so I decided on autologous rib cartilage thinking, “This is the last time.” I think it’s important to consider what material suits you. And I proceeded with silicone 2No Fit (why is this a banned word?.. It was hard because there was so little information..), and I liked the director’s design, so I went ahead exactly with it! Honestly, personally, it was really difficult to handle.. I’m thankful to the director for bringing out the maximum possible result for my face, and the nurses also took great care of me.. ㅠ I tend to bruise more than others, and whenever I get an IV, my blood vessel bursts or? (but they succeeded in one try) my wrist swells up a lot, but they KakaoTalked me to ask if I was okay, and I’m satisfied with the aftercare too. I was going to postpone my hospital appointment because I was busy ㅠ but they told me I absolutely had to come, so I’m going. Honestly, I don’t think surgery results can all be the same. Everyone’s satisfaction level is different too, so in my case, I decided because the director’s approach to post-surgery management and the aesthetic conditions I pursue were the same. Since the choice is up to you, I think you’ll succeed if you carefully consider whether the pre-surgery cases and conditions match yours before proceeding.
