4-month review after breast augmentation

In my mid-40s, after a lot of thought, I decided to get breast augmentation. I wanted to get it done before it got hot, so I had it in April. My size was a full 75A, and I had 265 and 285 inserted, so now I am about a C. I was worried about rippling, so I chose Motiva. For the first week, it was hard to get up by myself. For almost a month, both breasts felt sore, I guess? There was that kind of uncomfortable feeling. After that, it gradually became more comfortable and better, and by 3 months, except when sleeping, I forgot I had surgery. For some reason, even now I am still not completely comfortable when sleeping, especially lying on my side... The lower part of my breasts occasionally has a tingling sensation, maybe because the nerves are coming back. As for the feel, at first it was worryingly like a bouncy ball, and when I touched them I could tell there were implants inside, but now that it has been 4 months, they have become much softer. It feels like the implants that used to move separately have become one with my own tissue? I think they are gradually getting better. Right after surgery I searched through so many reviews, and since many people said it did not hurt, I regretted it a lot. Honestly, even now, when I feel uncomfortable, I sometimes think, why did I do this at this age... But when my clothes fit beautifully, the confidence feels really good.
