Hmm, honestly, I thought a lot about whether to write this or not.. I had nose surgery at a very large and famous plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong. My nose was a hump nose, though not very severe. The chief director performed the surgery, and I don’t really know why, but they still recommend and insist on closed rhinoplasty a lot. I also had it done closed.. Of course, it has the advantages of leaving fewer scars and faster recovery, but for a hump nose, if you want a definite effect, I recommend getting it done thoroughly even if it means an open approach.. It has been almost two years since my nose surgery now… and the hump is still there. No, if anything, I think it may have gotten worse ㅠㅠㅠ Maybe because they didn’t put in silicone and just shaved it slightly, and apparently ground some small bone fragments a bit and put fat into the nasal bridge, but over time the nasal bridge all sank, so it became even more bumpy again ㅠㅠㅠ The nasal tip was raised with ear cartilage, and the tip itself is pretty, but the upper part sank slightly, so overall my nose did get higher, but it became a high, bumpy nose ㅠㅠㅠ So I’m planning to get revision surgery again this summer.. Anyway, that plastic surgery clinic is famous and the doctor is also known for skill, but for hump nose surgery like mine, I really do not recommend it..
* For people with a nose like mine, please recommend a hospital or director for revision surgery ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I wasn’t satisfied with my first surgery, so I really want the revision to go well..
