Before the consultation, I think it was either a discount if you left a photo review, or whether aftercare/AS was free. There were so many conditions to check that I didn’t want to listen. They emphasized it as if breaking them would be like committing a crime, with each staff member taking turns and marking stars, so I was startled. But the result was just so-so.. The director was neither kind nor unkind, and only gave robotic empathy. I had high expectations because I heard they were good at lip filler..
