Before<before>, after<after> I had a secondary double-eyelid surgery together with upper, lateral, and lower canthoplasty. I had lateral canthoplasty before, but since it was barely visible, I ended up needing revision, ,,﹀﹈﹇ The eyes I wanted were eyes that look longer horizontally, with no sulky-look feeling when doing the lower canthoplasty, and a clean in-and-out eye shape with the double-eyelid line as symmetrical as possible.
During consultation, I think the doctor evaluated carefully whether his sense of aesthetic balance fit me, and seeing that we could communicate well when I said what I wanted, I did it at a clinic where I became confident about getting the revision.
I have absolutely no cross-eyed feeling at all, and I think it was a good choice to do canthoplasty too. A slightly more innocent-looking feeling,,? There are many posts saying the canthoplasty effect is minimal, and although I was worried about revising lateral canthoplasty, it seems to have opened naturally.
