A Disappointing Doctor for Revision Rhinoplasty

Something very disappointing happened. It was a fairly famous hospital, and even though it was a revision surgery, I think part of it was my fault for not looking into it in detail. I wanted just one thing: to lower the glabella area and make it natural. Instead, the glabella area became higher and the starting point also became higher, so I was extremely taken aback. Only then did I realize the silicone had been placed higher, and on my consultation chart there were only two short phrases written. Lower glabella, straight-to-slightly-curved line ..... (absurd) I didn’t even hear a proper surgical plan (I mistakenly thought the director had understood perfectly), and the part I emphasized was not improved at all. Even though there had already been a little cartilage visibility at the nasal tip, they used donated costal cartilage and made it sharper and harder, so my nasal tip is still red...... I regret it so much and am frantically searching for silicone removal and another revision surgeryㅠㅠㅠ

At 3 weeks, I went to the hospital for a follow-up, and because I wanted a more detailed consultation about what would happen if I removed the silicone, I went, but instead of explaining, he turned it back on me. “I made it pretty, so what’s wrong?” “It’ll look strange if you take the silicone out.” “You decide.” “Seriously, by the textbook, that is the prettiest.”

After only hearing very emotional and illogical things from the doctor I entrusted my nose to... I was flustered and speechless, so I just sat there quietly, and the director also just stayed silent. I came out mentally crushed. Don’t go there...... A factory-style hospital that acts differently before and afterㅠ
