I had double eyelid surgery at a clinic recommended by someone I know before and after, but my two eyes were not symmetrical, and maybe because I’ve gotten older, the area under my eyes was bulging, so I wanted to get revision surgery again. Since I wanted to match the lines and also fix the bulging under my eyes at the same time, I looked for a clinic with an anesthesiology director and CCTV inside the operating room, and went for a consultation. During the consultation, the director looked at my eyes and said that only symptoms of ptosis were visible, so they recommended surgery: double eyelid surgery with an incision to create a natural line, along with ptosis correction. For the under-eye area, they said that with under-eye fat repositioning, they would redistribute only the fat through an incision, strengthen the septum, and fix the fat in place so it would not loosen again. Oh, I asked the director whether I didn’t need upper blepharoplasty, and they told me it wasn’t necessary because my eyelid skin was not severely sagging. After the consultation, I asked a staff member about safety, and I heard that this clinic has a lifetime surgical responsibility system even after surgery, and that if any problem occurs, they take responsibility as much as possible until the end so I can receive surgery right away. I liked that part, so I also booked the surgery. I’m now one month post-op, and although there is still swelling, the area under my eyes no longer bulges like in the before photos, and both eyes have a natural, symmetrical, refined line, so I’m satisfied. I think I understand why people say to get surgery from a highly experienced and skilled director.
