The consultation with the head director was good, and I was grateful that they answered various questions clearly. The consultant was also on the kind side. During the consultation, they also recommended a forehead lift, but they said they would recommend another director for that surgery and join in, so that part bothered me.. The response from internal staff? It was a bit dry,,
