When I got Botox before from a short female doctor with short hair, it was the most painful Botox I had ever had, but the tall male doctor performed the treatment well without making it hurt. The interior was pretty, and I liked that, unlike other branches, the consultation waiting room and procedure waiting room were separated. Also, before the procedure, they spray an ice spray? and it feels fairly cool and helps make it less painful.
